ENTOP DNA
ENTOP is an Afghan automotive startup based in Kabul, founded with a bold vision to showcase Afghanistan’s engineering talent and cultural identity through modern car design.
The company was initiated by engineer Mohammad Raza Ahmadi at the Afghanistan Technical Vocational Institute (ATVI). After five years of development, the first prototype of ENTOP’s supercar was unveiled in late 2022 — initially known as Mada 9, later renamed Simurgh.
The Simurgh is built on a lightweight tubular frame with Formula 1 inspired pushrod suspension, powered by a re-engineered Toyota Corolla engine. Its name is drawn from Persian mythology, symbolizing wisdom, strength, and transformation.
ENTOP showcased the Simurgh at the 2023 Geneva International Motor Show in Doha, Qatar — backed by crowdfunding support from more than 45,000 backers. The company now seeks global investment to bring the Simurgh from prototype to limited production.
ENTOP Simurgh prototype at Geneva International Motor Show
ENTOP has already demonstrated its global potential through a successful crowdfunding campaign, raising $130,000 from over 45,000 supporters to present the Simurgh prototype at the Geneva International Motor Show in Doha 2023.
The project is now entering its next phase: securing a major investment of €30 million (≈ $49 million) to finalize development, undergo endurance testing at the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans, and bring Afghanistan’s first supercar into limited production.
We invite strategic investors and global partners to join this journey — helping ENTOP not only shape the future of Afghan automotive engineering, but also make a bold statement on the world stage.
