Our platform offers a wide range of public services that anyone can use without creating an account, including browsing general pages, accessing information, submitting basic forms, learning about our services, and interacting with most of the website. Only specific technical features such as the Usitea Guard API require account authentication in order to prevent misuse, unauthorized access, and automated abuse.

When creating an account, Usitea only collects essential information that is needed to identify and protect your profile. This includes your email address, a secure password stored as a cryptographic hash, a username, an optional avatar, and your last login timestamp. No sensitive or unnecessary personal information is ever requested or required. We do not seek to gather demographic data, behavioral data, analytics patterns, advertising identifiers, or any type of profiling information.

Usitea does not integrate third-party analytics, tracking pixels, social media scripts, advertisement networks, or external marketing tools. We do not analyze user behavior for commercial purposes, do not follow users across websites, and do not attach hidden identifiers to requests. The platform has been intentionally engineered to operate without relying on surveillance-based technologies. Your activity on Usitea remains private and isolated from external parties.

For security reasons, Usitea may temporarily process technical information such as IP address, browser details, or device metadata to detect malicious activity, spam, brute-force attempts, automated submissions, or unauthorized access. These logs are short-lived, used only for security analysis, and never combined with other data to track or identify you beyond what is necessary to keep the platform safe. Once the security purpose is fulfilled, this information is removed or anonymized.

Usitea Guard, one of our core protective technologies, uses anonymous validation tokens, reaction-time checks, dynamic challenge images, and behavioral verification to ensure forms are submitted by real humans. The verification process does not store personal information and does not attempt to identify the user. All validation tokens are temporary, encrypted, and automatically expire.

Your data is never shared, sold, transferred, rented, or disclosed to any company, government, organization, or advertiser. We are not partnered with ad networks and do not engage in any form of data monetization. All information you provide remains fully private and protected within Usitea’s secure systems. Access to user data is strictly limited to essential internal processes and is never used outside the functional purpose of your account and security verification.

Cookies used by Usitea are minimal and necessary. The primary cookie is the authentication cookie that allows you to stay logged in when using the “Remember Me” option during login. This cookie does not track your behavior, cannot be used to identify you outside the platform, and contains only a secure token. No marketing or analytics cookies are used anywhere on the site.

All communication between your browser and Usitea’s servers is encrypted using modern security standards designed to prevent eavesdropping and unauthorized access. Passwords are stored exclusively as cryptographic hashes following industry recommended practices. Backup systems, internal logs, and automated protection layers are structured to avoid any unnecessary exposure of personal information.

You retain full control over your personal information at all times. You may update your account details, change your password, modify your avatar, or remove your profile entirely. If you delete your account, all associated personal information is permanently removed from Usitea’s systems. Additionally, you may clear your login cookies at any time, which immediately logs you out of the platform across all devices where the cookie was stored.

Usitea does not impose complex legal language or hidden data practices. Our privacy approach is intentionally simple: we collect as little information as possible, we never use it for tracking or advertising, and we never share it with external entities.
