Refund Policy

Usitea provides project-based services that require real time, technical effort, planning, and development work from our team. Because each project begins with immediate preparation and resource allocation, all payments become non-refundable once work has started.

When a client approves a project, our team begins working on research, planning, design, development, and other required processes. These steps demand time and professional effort, which cannot be reversed or recovered. For this reason, completed or ongoing work cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

After the project is delivered, refunds are not available, even if the client is dissatisfied, changes their mind, or experiences internal issues. The payment reflects the work done, time invested, and the resources used by the Usitea team.

If a client provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information that affects the project result, Usitea is not responsible for adjustments, delays, or changes caused by the client’s input. These situations do not qualify for a refund.

If the client decides to cancel a project for personal or external reasons, the payment remains non-refundable. The team’s time and resources have already been committed to the project, and therefore cannot be undone.

Refunds may only be considered if Usitea has not yet started the project, or if Usitea, at its own discretion, chooses not to proceed with the project. This is the only exception to our non-refundable policy.

By requesting a project from Usitea, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. Our goal is to provide high-quality work, professional results, and a reliable experience throughout the entire development process.
